God is My Shelter

God is our shelter and strength, always ready to help in times of trouble. — Psalm 46:1

God is so many wonderful things for us! He is our Savior, our Father and Friend, our Good Shepherd, our Healer, our Hope, our Comforter ….

He is also our Shelter and Strength, always ready to help in times of trouble!

Whatever trials you are facing today, will you run to God for shelter? He’s waiting for you and wants to pour His strength into you. Please don’t stay out in the storm alone. Come to Jesus. Talk to Him, meditate on His Word, sing His praises, give thanks … even when it’s hard. Open your hands and heart to receive His help. Sometimes, just by talking to Him out loud, as if confiding in a close friend who’s sitting beside you, you’ll realize that He is with you.

Also, reach out to family and friends, and the family of God. We all need each other. God can channel His peace through someone to help you when you least expect.

Stay connected, dear friend. God loves you soooo much, and is ALWAYS READY to help you.
