There are many things “to do” in life. It can be overwhelming. In order to keep track, we make lists, fill our calendar, resort to placing sticky notes in all sorts of places, while trying our best to also keep a constant mental list going.
I’m not sure any of that will ever change. Life can be complex, and lists help. But I have found three essentials in scripture that if included at the top of our daily list, seem to make the heart lighter, the mind more focused and peaceful, and our “to do’s” a little less overwhelming.
