Pawz & Pray: A Prayer for the Weary Heart

Pawz & Pray…

because some days we simply need Jesus more. 🙏🏻

I awoke feeling exhausted today. Before even getting out of bed, I knew I needed Jesus. So I wrote this prayer above and wanted to share it with you.

Some days the exhaustion is physical. Other days it runs deeper—into the heart and soul.

Perhaps you’re feeling weary too.

I’m so grateful that Jesus invites us to come just as we are—tired, burdened, and in need of rest. We do not have to carry everything alone.

His words are such a gentle comfort:

“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.”
— Matthew 11:28

If you’re feeling weary today, my prayer is that these words bring comfort, peace, and strength for the day ahead.
