Joy Comes in the Morning!

“For his anger lasts only a moment, but his favor lasts a lifetime! Weeping may last through the night, but joy comes with the morning.”

Psalm 30:5

Are you struggling in a storm?

Has anxiety, fear, or feelings of despair gripped your heart?

Are gray clouds blocking your view of the coming sunrise?

God understands that life is hard at times. But he hasn’t left you without hope. Have faith in God’s goodness and love. His Word promises that light will shine once again!

You may be asking—“But when will the light shine again?”

I have no idea. But I do know that God deeply loves you, he has a plan, and his timing is perfect.

Know that you are much loved, dear friend. Trust God’s plan. Hang in there. This too shall pass. “Weeping may last through the night, but joy comes with the morning.”

Let’s pray:

Dear Heavenly Father,
Storms are hard. When they come, I feel shaken and struggle with fear and doubt. In those times, it’s hard to focus on good things and remain hopeful. Thank you for your promise of hope in Psalm 30:5—weeping may last for the night, but joy will come in the morning! Please help me to patiently endure while I await the morning sunshine! Amen

Be encouraged.
