Wait on the Lord . . .
Have you ever noticed how faithful dogs are at waiting on us?
They’ll sit by the window endlessly until our return home. No doubt, it’s no fun waiting, and yet they wait patiently, and wait, and wait . . . the slobber marks on my window are proof of that! LOL
What are you waiting on today?
Whatever it is— an earnest prayer to be answered, improved health, much needed finances, peace of mind and heart, more joy . . .—hang on! Keep looking, keep watching, keep praying, keep believing, keep on waiting on the Lord (stay put, remain, rest, linger) . . .
Have faith that God is never early, never late, but always RIGHT ON TIME.
“Wait on the Lord;
Be of good courage,
And He shall strengthen your heart;
Wait, I say, on the Lord!”
Psalm 27:14
Pawz and Pray
Dear God, help me to be of good courage while I wait on you. Amen.

Love the sweet picture! My daughter and her dog have been visiting for the past week. Tonight my daughter went out to dinner with a friend, and “Irma” had to stay here. She sat at the top of the stairs, looking at the front door, and whined for a bit. When all was quiet, I went looking for her. She was curled up on the bed my daughter has been sleeping on. ❤ I'm kind of that way. When things aren't happening as fast as I'd like them to, I might whine a bit, but when it's obvious that's not helpful, I'll settle down and wait in a place where I feel close to Him.

Thanks for sharing that! Love it! It seems we’re a lot like Irma here too LOL! But, yes, how sweet to settle down, and wait patiently where we feel close to him. He’s our comfort and joy! Hope your summer is going well. I’m ready for Fall and cooler weather. Stay well. Hugs to Irma 😃🐾🐾
