Happiness Tip: Start Each Day with Gratitude

Start each day with a grateful heart!

Happiness Tip— Start each day with a grateful heart!

Keeping an attitude of gratitude is one of the most powerful things we can do to move towards a truly happy life. Life doesn’t have to “feel” perfect to be grateful. There’s lots to be thankful for, if we look carefully.
Give thanks to God for big things, little things, even seemingly insignificant things. They all matter! Don’t let the hustle and bustle of life, or the heartache, keep you from pausing to give thanks.
God wants you to experience the joy and blessings of a grateful heart. Why wait to give thanks? Start right now, and continue giving thanks throughout the day. God is good all the time, and worthy of our praise.

Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good! His faithful love endures forever.

Psalm 107:1

Pawz & Pray Book Review

“Leila’s book has been a true inspiration to me. It makes you focus on what’s really important in life. The author gives us great examples on how we can have a closer walk with God by following the lead that our pets give us in their everyday life. “Pawz & Pray” encourages us to put our worry and anxiety aside and take time to enjoy the things God has put right in front of us. This book has touched my heart in an indescribable way. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves animals and wants to have a closer connection to our Heavenly Father.”

We Thank Thee

by: Ralph Waldo Emerson

For flowers that bloom about our feet,
Father, we thank Thee.
For tender grass so fresh, so sweet,
Father, we thank Thee.
For the song of bird and hum of bee,
For all things fair we hear or see,
Father in heaven, we thank Thee. Continue reading “A Beautiful Thanksgiving Blessing [by Ralph Waldo Emerson]”
