A Beautiful Pet Blessing

Our pets depend on us for all their needs, and when they become ill, it can become all-consuming. Thankfully we can turn to God for help.

Just last week I was asking God to heal my precious doggie. The vet didn’t know what was wrong with him. I continued to pray and trust God. Yesterday, I saw signs of improvement— praise the Lord!

Sometimes the help comes right away, other times we wait. There are also times healing happens across rainbows bridge. Either way, prayer is one of the most powerful tools we have to help us get through tough times. It’s our life line to God. For pet owners, prayer is a huge comfort because we know that God cares for our pets and understands how important they are to us.

Join with me in praying for our beloved pets. . .

Heavenly Father,
Thank you for enriching our lives through our furry friends. Please bless our pets and help them to live full and meaningful lives. For those who are hurting, please heal them. For those who are well, let them continue to thrive. For the lost, help them to be found. For us, their pet parents, guide us as we care for their needs. For all of ceation and for our beloved pets, we give you thanks. Amen.
