Try taking a “thank you God” walk daily, and count your blessings with each step, being mindful of the moment at hand, your surroundings, and your breath. Before you know it your focus will shift from fear to faith, and the weight you are carrying will be lifted by God.

When we begin our day with a grateful heart we won't find room to complain. Thankfulness and negativity cannot co-exist.
