The fear of death, at first glimpse, may not appear to be a “feel good” topic. And yet it’s probably the most comforting topic ever to be found. Why? Because someday, we will all take our last breath, and it’s incredibly comforting to know what lies after, and where we will be going. There’s no reason to fear death, dear friend. If I ever doubt God’s love, just one gaze at the cross of Christ is enough to remind me how deeply I’m cherished. As Easter approaches, let’s not forget why Christ came, why He had to die, and why He rose again . . .
