Dear friend, when you’re weary from lingering pain, whether emotional or physical, recall to mind the promise of our Lord Jesus Christ: “In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world” ( John 16:33). Jesus overcame evil through the resurrection from the dead. Through faith in Him we can find the power to overcome our trials. In Christ we have hope! When you think you can’t get through your day, just remember- Jesus is seated at the right hand of the Father interceding for you. Pour out your heart to Him. You can do all things through Christ!

Dear Heavenly Father,
Thank you for giving us NEW BIRTH into a LIVING HOPE, through the RESURRECTION OF JESUS CHRIST, and for an INHERITANCE that can never spoil or fade, kept for us in heaven. Now we can live with GREAT EXPECTATION and HOPE in our hearts!

The pain of a broken heart is as real as they come! All we can think about is the pain and all the negative aspects of feeling broken (rejection, feeling unloved, lonely, afraid . . .)
But what if there was a benefit to a broken heart? What if there was purpose for your pain?
Let me begin by saying, if you’re reading this and your heart is broken, I feel for you, and I’m terribly sorry. It’s a shock to the system (I’ve been there), and you are probably grieving. But here is the good news. The most grueling roads often lead to the most beautiful destinations! Stay positive. Beautiful things are in the making!
