Is your “to do list” packed for the day? Mine is, and several items are already screaming and scrambling for first place. I’m certain many of you can relate.
Let’s take a deep breath before we begin the day and tell God how awesome He is! He should be the most important focus of our day, from which everything else finds its meaning. For in Him we live and move and have our being (Acts 17:28).
What’s the most important thing to do today? Praise the Lord! This is why we were created. Let’s acknowledge Him in all we do, thank Him, and delight in Him, for He is worthy of all glory, honor, and praise.
PRAISE THE LORD, oh my soul, with my whole heart I will praise your holy name!
“Let all that I am praise the Lord; with my whole heart, I will praise his holy name.
Let all that I am praise the Lord; may I never forget the good things he does for me.

Thoughts are powerful. Be careful what you dwell on 🙏🏻
“And now, dear brothers and sisters, one final thing. Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise. Keep putting into practice all you learned and received from me—everything you heard from me and saw me doing. Then the God of peace will be with you.” Philippians 4:8-9

When you think you can’t get through your day, just remember- Jesus is seated at the right hand of the Father interceding for you. Pour out your heart to Him. You can do all things through Christ!

“All praise to God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. It is by his great mercy that we have been born again, because God raised him from the dead. Now we live with great expectation, and we have a priceless inheritance — and inheritance that is kept in heaven for you, pure and undefiled, beyond the reach of change and decay.” 1 Peter 1:3-4
