Today, I am reminded once again that because of Christ, my eternity is secure in heaven. Not because of anything good I’ve done, but because of everything Christ did for me at the cross . . .

I had a dog once who was scared to cross a bridge . . .
Maybe she was unsure about what lay on the other side. Or maybe her precious paws didn’t like the feel of the worn wood. Or maybe it was the feeling of it being narrow or closed in . . .
At Easter time the sign of the cross has more relevance than ever.
