What I Really Mean When I Say Happy Easter [video 3:11]

As I drove home from church where I took communion, a phrase burned in my heart—Like a Lamb. These words come from a Bible passage in the book of Isaiah,

He was oppressed and treated harshly,
yet he never said a word.
He was led like a lamb to the slaughter.
And as a sheep is silent before the shearers,
he did not open his mouth. — Isaiah 53:7

This was a totally improvised unprepared short message that flowed from a sincere heart of love for you, my dear friends. This is what I really mean when I say, “Happy Easter” . . .
