When my heart grows faint, I often turn to the Psalms for inspiration. There I’m reminded that all throughout history people have suffered and grown weary. And they’ve turned to God for help.
If you’re heavy in spirit today, as if you can’t go on, I’d like to encourage you to turn to God in prayer. Let Him lead you to the rock that is higher than your troubles, where you can take refuge in the shelter of His wings.
Pray with me…
Dear God, I call to you as my heart grows faint. Lead me to the rock that is higher than I. For you have been my refuge. I long to dwell in your tent forever and take refuge in the shelter of your wings. Amen
Prayer adapted from Psalm 61:1-4
Wonderful reminder! I believe God hears every word of every prayer! I appreciate you and your ministry! Thank you!

Amen! I’m going through the Psalms right now for my nightly devotion. I do this every two or three years. It is so encouraging and full of hope!

That’s so neat! I did that awhile back and really should do it again. The Psalms are full of emotions I can relate too, and so encouraging, you’re right. Enjoy and be blessed. Thanks for sharing 🙏🏻😊
